Service rules
1. General provisions
These Rules govern the use of the online service for exchanging digital and/or electronic assets (the “Service”).
By using the Service (creating a request, paying for it, or otherwise interacting with the website), the user confirms that they have read and agree to these Rules.
The Service provides an informational and technical platform for processing exchange requests. Specific exchange conditions are fixed in the request: direction, amount, rate, details, and status.
Terms:
- User — a person creating an exchange request.
- Request — a user-created exchange order under the conditions shown in the Service interface.
- Digital/electronic asset — cryptocurrency, tokens, and other digital values, as well as electronic payment instruments handled by the Service.
2. Terms of use
The user must provide accurate information and use only their own details (wallets/accounts/payment instruments), unless otherwise explicitly agreed with support.
The user confirms that they:
- understand the nature of digital assets (volatility, irreversibility of transactions, network confirmation requirements);
- act on their own behalf and in their own interest;
- do not use the Service for illegal activities.
The Service may set:
- minimum/maximum exchange amounts;
- requirements for the number of network confirmations;
- additional transaction checks (including AML/KYC) where required for security.
3. User rights and obligations
The user undertakes to:
- carefully verify details before sending funds and before confirming a request.
- send funds strictly in the amount and to the details specified in the request.
- retain proof of payment/transfer (transaction hash, receipt, slip) until the exchange is completed.
- promptly respond to support inquiries when clarification or verification is required.
- not create duplicate requests if one has already been paid or is being processed.
The user has the right to:
- receive information about request status and processing rules.
- contact support regarding Service operation and specific requests.
- request cancellation before actual execution (subject to the “Refunds/Cancellations” section and technical feasibility).
4. Service rights and obligations
The Service undertakes to:
- process requests in order and within timeframes depending on payment status, network confirmations, and data correctness.
- inform the user about request processing through the status interface and/or support.
- apply reasonable security and data protection measures.
The Service may:
- pause request processing to clarify details, perform security checks, and/or comply with AML/KYC.
- refuse service or request additional information if risk indicators are present (see AML/KYC).
- cancel a request if payment was not made within the specified time limit, or funds were sent in violation of conditions (incorrect amount, direction, details, etc.).
- change rates, limits, and Service conditions; for already created and paid requests, conditions are fixed at confirmation/payment time within the rules (see 1.5 and 1.8).
5. Request processing procedure
- Creating a request. The user selects an exchange direction, enters the amount and receiving details, confirms the rules, and creates a request.
- Fixing conditions. Conditions (rate, receiving amount, details) are fixed in the request for the period shown on the request page.
- Payment. The user sends funds to the details in the request. In crypto networks, a request is considered paid after the transaction is received and the required confirmations are obtained.
- Receipt verification. The Service verifies receipt of funds and correctness of payment (amount, direction, details).
- Execution. After payment confirmation, the Service sends the asset/funds to the user’s details specified in the request.
- Completion. The request status becomes “Completed” after the Service sends the funds. Further crediting speed may depend on the network/payment system/user’s bank.
6. Liability
The user is responsible for:
- the correctness of receiving details;
- compliance with payment instructions;
- the consequences of sending funds to incorrect details or in the wrong network/direction.
The Service is not responsible for:
- delays in blockchain confirmations;
- delays by banks/payment providers/networks;
- user errors when entering details;
- inability to execute due to external restrictions (network outages, force majeure).
In any dispute, parties act in good faith and provide supporting materials (hashes, receipts, screenshots, statements) upon request.
7. Refusal of service
The Service may refuse service and/or suspend a transaction if:
- there are signs of a risky or suspicious transaction (see AML/KYC);
- the user provided false data or uses someone else’s details;
- there are signs of fraud, attempted deception, substitution of details, or abuse of functionality;
- the user violates these Rules or the Service’s security requirements;
- the request/transfer cannot be properly processed for technical reasons.
8. Changes to the rules
The Service may change these Rules at any time. The current version is published on the website and takes effect upon posting.
For requests created and paid before the changes take effect, the conditions in force at the time of confirmation/payment apply, unless otherwise required for security or AML/KYC checks.
